YES! Its' that time again! Bloggy giveaway time! And, the folks at Guitar Praise are giving me a Guitar Praise setup for the giveaway!
What is Guitar Praise? Guitar Praise is the Christian answer to Guitar Hero. My kids really, really wanted Guitar Hero, but there was NO WAY I was going to let them have one- knowing the songs and the lyrics that were on that system. (See my post HERE for more about the songs ). If my kids want to rock out, that's great, but I want them to rock out in praise , and in the name of the Lord!
So, how do you get your hands on the Guitar Praise? Just go to the website Guitar Praise, and check out the songs that are in the program. Come back, and leave a comment here on my blog telling me what it is!
I'll choose a winner via Random Number Generator on Sunday, after church! After I notify the winner, and get their contact info, I will forward it to the Guitar Praise people, and they will send the game directly to you! USA shipping only, please!

Wow, I'd really like to win this. We only listen to Christian music in our home and you can frequently overhear my kids singing David Crowder or Chris Tomlin. I like that the Guitar Hero hooks up to a computer so that I don't have to purchase an expensive XBox360. Thanks for a great giveaway!

My kids have rock band and guitar hero, but I can not stand most of the music that comes with it. I would so love this.

What a great giveaway. I see so many songs and artist listed that my daughter absolutely loves, Casting Crowns, David Crowder, Relient K, Josh Bates, and many many others. She would flip if I took this home to her and I'm sure she would want to haul it off to Church on Wednesday nights to share with the teen group.

This is so amazing! I really, really want to have this so I can connect with my nephews. They will learn Christian songs thru this. There's one from my favorite band, Kutless called Hearts of the Innocent.

we love guitar hero, but have a hard time letting the kids play.. we listen to christian rock so playing this would be great

It's hard to pick one song that I like the most. My kids like anything they can dance to and runaround the house listening to. My daughter really likes the "ForeverandEver" song by David Crowder, but the family enjoys Family Force 5 too. I like to sing the Jennifer Knapp song, "Undo Me". Wow, so many choices! Hooray for Guitar Praise!!!

wow what a great idea, didn't even know this existed... would be a great addition to our family ministry at church... my favorite song would have to be "There you go" Caedmons Call, brings back great college memories for me, thanks for the giveaway!

My favorite is Something Beautiful by Newsboys. I just looked at the Guitar Praise at Family Christian Bookstore. I just cannot bring myself to buy the secular product that's out there. I want my kids singing praise music instead. Thanks for the great offer!!

I've been looking at this since it came out...my favorite song is Jesus Freak...but there are so many more. I would love to "pretend" to be able to play the guitar like other who really play do! :D

What a cool giveaway. To be honest, I'm not really familiar with a lot of the songs, although I do recognize several of the bands (Casting Crowns, Flyleaf, etc).If I won, I'd donate it to the youth program at our church. The kids would love it.

I saw this at the Christian book store. It looks pretty cool. I don't know a lot of those songs on the song list, but I do like toby mac.

I love this idea. My son (11) really likes the idea of Guitar Hero, but I don't want him exposed to that music.

some of the songs are from these groups tobyMac, Relient K, Flyleaf, Newsboys but there are more too. Finally an alturnative for christian families. My kids wanted the guitar hero but like you there was no way I was gonna let that in our home. Now we can both be happy.

Wow! This is awesome. We also only listen to Christian music..my kids' (6 year old boy and almost 3 year old girl) favorite is United Live by Hillsongs. My son wants to be a rock star when he grows up. ;) He would love this!! Thanks for the chance to win!!
