#1 )To join join the ranks of cool people everywhere who hate Bologna! Read Burg's post about barbecued bologna here, ewwww gross, but if you really think about it, isn't a hot dog basically bologna, too? Man, I don't want to think abut that one too much, really- (I swear from now on to only buy Hebrew National, since they answer to a Higher Authority!)) Bologna is pretty gross, and it smells funny, too.
#2- It would be amazing to give people something else to look at. One day at a time has turned into EVERY DAY THE SAME OLD THING. NOTING NEW HERE! Imagine the confusion, the wondering.. they WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED HERE!
#3) It will help my marriage. If I have a cool new blog look, it won't take up so much of my time time trying to figure out how to to change things around so they look more interesting. I'll have much more time for all that stuff my husbands been asking for, you know, that special stuff he says his wife is suppose do at least every other day, if not every day.... yes, the LAUNDRY, what did you think I was talking about!!!
#4) I will blog a lot more because I'll be in awe of my fabulous new look and want to write a lot to fawn over the new look- who knows what scintillating subjects will come up! Maybe about canning the 10,000,000 tomatoes that I have in my kitchen right now, how to get the exploded tomato guts off the kitchen walls and ceiling as I try to figure out th pressure canner!
#5) It will make me a happier person, having a cool new blog look, therefore, making my husband happier (making everyone he knows happier as he spreads the joy) , my kids happier, their childhood will be filled with joys, and they will share that joy with all they know, positively affecting the metro NY area by my happiness, that can filter through to maybe even the entire eastern seaboard.. Imagine, making hundreds of thousands of people happy in one fell swoop- we'll be paying it forward all over the place..all starting with a bloggy makeover!

#6) Because it would make me incredibly happy to have a cool look for my blog, that could really use a face-lift after these 2 years. :) I started this blog as a way to keep people in the know about my cancer treatments. Thank God I'm still doing well,(and am cancer free!) but I could use a new look to go with my new lease on life!
